  • Operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year;
  • Will be easily accessible by email - Customers can contact UST using our dedicated email support
  • Will be easily accessible by phone – Customers can contact UST using our dedicated telephone support lines during office hours and out of office hours;
  • Will be predictable, using similar problem-solving processes for each call;
  • Will resolve calls;
  • Will communicate alternate resolution method(s) – if and where applicable.
